On this the 12th day of November 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner• Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner^ Dehler•, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend Order
Na. 17277 previo~.~sly passed by Commissioners' Co~.ir^t it is
hereby continued and affirmed with the following areas within
the Courthouse being designated as Smoking Areas:
COUNTY JUDGES' SUITE
DISTRICT CLERKS° BACK OFFICE
TRX ASSESSOR/COLLECTORS' PRIVATE OFFICE
The above designated areas comply with the designated smoking
~' area guidelines of the Kerrville City ordiance No. B7-23 Code
9-X. Signs to 6e placed an all County P'r•oper•ty Buildings to
state "SMOKING IN DESIGNRTED ARERS ONLY".

Petty L. Burney, J. F'. P'r^ect # 2, to da probable cause
hearings at the State Hospital and remuneration be brought
back to Court at a later- date and to have Judge Burney keep a
log of time spent at the State Hospital.
