POLICY RND DESIGNATION OF SMOKING ARERS
On this the i2th day of November 1991, ~_tpon motion made by
Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler, the
Cour-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend Or•der^
No. 17277 previously passed by Commissioners' Court it is
hereby continued and affirmed with the following areas within
the Courthouse being designated as Smoking Areas:
COUNTY JUDGES' SUITE
DISTRICT CLERKS' BACK OFFICE
TRX ASSESSOR/COLLECTORS' PRIVATE OFFICE
The above designated areas comply with the designated smoking
~' area guidelines of the Kerrville City ordiance No. 67-23 Code
9-X. Signs to be placed an all Co~_mty Property Buildings to
state "SMOY.ING IN DESIGNRTED ARERS ONLY".

On this the 12th day of November- 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Oehler-, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Betty L. Burney, J. R. Prect # 2, to da probable ca~_ise
hearings at the State Hospital and remuneration be brought
back to Court at a later- date and to have Judge Burney keep a
log of time spent at the State Hospital.
