November- 18, 1991, At 6:00 F'. M. with the following officer-s
pr-esent: W. G. Stacy, County Judge, R. Gordon Morgan,
Commissioner Prect # 1, T. H. Lackey, Commissioner Prect # 2,
Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner- F'rect # 3, and Bruce Oehler,
Commissioner F'rect # 4, and the following proceedings were
had:

ORDER FOR F'UBLICRTION OF NOTICE OF
COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this the 18th day of November^ 1991, came on to be
consider-ed by the Court the necessity to make notice by
p~_iblication for• the County Depository for• a period from the
awarding of the contract until December- 31, 1992, as per
Chapter- 131, Texas Local Government Code, and it appearing to
the Court that such notice should be in compliance with
Section 116.Q121, Texas Local Government Code, to enter into a
~/ contract with any banking corpor^ation, association or
individual banker, for• the Depository of the County Funds,
Coi_inty and District Court Trust Funds and County Public
School Funds of said County in any bank, therefore, on motion
duly made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner
Oehler, and unanimously approved by the Court, that the
County Judge be, and is her^eby directed to issue such notice
of publication in the officia]. newspaper of Kerr County
within twenty days before awarding of said contract, to
comply with Section 116.01, Texas Local Government Code.
The County Ri.iditor• is to prepare the bid specifications and
make s~_~re each bank in the County receives a copy of the
specs.
