COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL WORKSHOP ON Monday, November• 1B, 1991, with the following officers present: W. G. Stacy, County Judge R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Prect # 1 T. H. Lackey, Commissioner Prect # 2 Glenn N.. Holekamp, Commissioner• F'rect # 3 Bruce Oehler, Commissioner• Prect # 4 and the fallowing proceedings were had: aoc ~3.r Workshop with Kerr County Volunteer Fire Departments to go over proposed contracts and answer any questions or concerns regarding parts of the contract or• intentions of the contract was held on November• 18, 1991, with Commissioner Morgan addressing the Volunteer Fire Departments and the reason for this meeting was to disc~.iss the generic contract and get some input from the various fire departments. Rfter• careful consideration the Court decided to have Stan Reid, the Assistant County Attorney draw up a contract with the suggestions given in the meeting and come back to the Court at a later- date with a revised Contract. The Volunteer Fire Departments agreed with the Court on their decision. COMMISSIONERS' COURT RDJOURNED RT 7:10 P. M. Several members of the public addressed the Court with positive remarks about the purchase of Schreiner One Center as well as tenants of the building.
