COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL WORKSHOP ON Monday, November- 18, 1991, with the following officers present: W. G. Stacy, County Judge R. Gordon Morgan, Commissioner Frect # 1 T. H. Lackey, Commissioner^ Prect # 2 Glenn K. Holekamp, Commissioner^ Rrect # 3 Pruce Oehler, Commissioner Pr^ect # 4 and the following proceedings were had: aoc ~3.~ Workshop with Kerr^ County Volunteer Fir^e Departments to go over^ proposed contracts and answer any questions or concerns regarding parts of the contract or^ intentions of the contract was held on November- iB, 1991, with Commissioner Mor^gan addressing the Volunteer^ Fire Departments and the reason for this meeting was to discuss the generic contract and get some input from the various fire departments. Rfter careful consideration the Court decided to have Stan Reid, the Resistant County Attorney draw up a contract with the suggestions given in the meeting and come back to the Court at a later^ date with a revised Contract. The Volunteer^ Fire Departments agreed with the Court on their decision. COMMISSIONERS' COURT ADJOURNED RT 7:10 P. M. COMMISSIONERS' COURT CDNVENEll IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Friday the 22nd day of November 1991, with the following Officer present: W. G. Z An open meeting was held for° the presentation held by David Jackson regarding Schr^einer One Center. Several members of the public addressed the Court with positive remarks about the pur^chase of Schreiner One Center as well as tenants of the building.
