Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
hiring of Carol Lynn Twiss as fulltime jaileH effective
December 1, 1991, at Step14, Grade 1, Annual Salary of
515,342, Monthly (1,278.51, Semi-monthly 1639.25, and f7. 3B
Hourly in the Kerr• County Sheriff's Office.

County Treasurer, Dorothy Hilburn addressed the Gourt with

Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay a late
bill to Comfort Insurance Rgency, 2nc. for 1400.00 for
Constable Pr•ecinet N 2, car insurance.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher from Line Item No. 10-552-480
for 1400.00 made payable to Comfort Insur-once Agency, Inc.
