KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 25th day of November 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
hiring of Carol Lynn Twiss as fulltime jailer effective
December- 1, 1991, at Step14, Grade 1, Rnnual Salary of
515,342, Monthly 51,278.51, Semi-monthly :639.25, and 57.38
Hourly in the F'.err County Sheriff's Office.

Consider^ation of the Annually Determined Contribution
Rates for- Texas County and District Retirement System
coverage for Prosecuting Rttorneys under- Texas County and
Distr^ict Retirement System.
County Treas~mer, Dorothy Hilburn addressed the Court with
~, two (2) Plans both plans were discussed but after^ car^eful
consideration the Court decided to stay with our present plan
and to look into a plan in July 199'2.

Constable F'r•ecinct # 2, car- ins~.ir•ance.
The County Treasurer and the Co~_mty Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher from Line Item No. 10-552-480
for #400.00 made payable to Comfort Insurance Agency, Inc.
