APRROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH KERRVILLE SOUTH, CENTER
ROINT, TURTLE CREEK, MT HOME, AND COMFORT
VOLUNTEER FIRE DERRRTMENTS
On this the 25th day of November 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to
accept and approve the Contract with the Kerrville South,
Center Point, Turtle Creek, Mt Home, and Comfort Volunteer
Fire Departments of Kerr County and authorization for County
Judge's signature on contracts enabling the Volunteer Fire
Departments to receive budgeted funds for- 1991-1992.

AND AUTHORIZRTION OF COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNRTURE
On this the 25th day of November 1991., upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner- Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
Contract with Dietert Claim for f12,@@@.@@ and authorization
for the County Judge's Signature enabling the Dietert Claim
(' to r^eceive the budgeted funds for 1991-1992.
