CONSIDERATION OF NAMING THE SECOND ENTRANCE TO
RUSTIC HILLS SUBDIVISION "DELGATI"
On this the 25th day of November 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Halekamp, the
Court unani~ously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to name the
second entrance to Rustic Hills S~.ibdivision "Delgati"
honor^ing Ms. Martha Keith's request. There is no plat of
r-ecord on file but there will be one submitted at a later
date.

Consideration and discussion of repairing Fountain located on
the Courthouse Lawn; replacing electric lighting and water
so~.a^ce.
~.' Bruce Oehler addressed the Co~_~r^t on repairing the Fountain
and made a recommendation that Kerr County look into getting
the Fo~_intain to working condition. Mr. Oehler feels this is
something that would be art asset to our Courthouse lawn and
sho~_ild be in working order.

WRTER RUALITY PLANNING AGENCY
On this the 25th day of November- 1991, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0~ to approve the
resolution of the Rlamo Rrea Council of Governments as a
Regional Water Q~.iality Planning Rgency.
