for the Regular Session on Tuesday, November 12, 1991, Special Commissioners'
Court Workshop on Nbnday November 18, 1991, Special Commissioners' Court Meeting
on Friday November 22, 1991, Special Commissioners' Court on Monday, November 25,
"'1991, Special Commissioners' Court on Monday, December 2, 1991, and Special Combined
Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, December 3, 1991, as recorded in Vol S, Pages 465
thru 491. Order No. 20684 is to be corrected to read: TO RL,CZASSIFY the 1991-1992
Budget for funding of $1,200.00 to the Y. O. Volunteer Fire Department of Kerr
County subject to the approval and signature on Contract.

On this the 9th day of December 1991, came on to be considered by the Court the
various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas and
having heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit.

On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon motion made by Conunissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
the holding of a public hearing regarding the salary increase of Betty L. Burney,
for probable cause hearings at the Kerrville State Hospital. To become effective
after the proper notices have been published as well as a public hearing being
held to approve this action.

to approve the authorization of a handcheck for $50,000.00 to qualify to bid on
.-..Schreiner One Center.
