On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon irotion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Comnissioner Nbrgan, the Court ONANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
the holding of a public hearing regarding the salary increase of Betty L. Burney,
for probable cause hearings at the Kerrville State Hospital. To become effective
after the proper notices have been published as well as a public hearing being
held to approve this action.

to approve the authorization of a handcheck for $50,000.00 to qualify to bid on
