On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVID BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
the holding of a public hearing regarding the salary increase of Betty L. Burney,
for probable cause hearings at the Kerrville State Hospital. To become effective
after the proper notices have been published as well as a public hearing being
held to approve this action.

THE BID ON SCHREINER ONE CENTER
On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 5-0-0,
to approve the authorization of a handcheck for $50,000.00 to qualify to bid on
- Schreiner One Center.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby authorized to draw a hand-
check made payable to the F. D. I. C.
