seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVID to close the
Kerr County Courthouse at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 24, 1991, and allow
all Kerr County Employees, Elected Officials and Department Heads to leave at
that time.

4-0-0, to approve the resolution to apply for the minimun of $50,000.00 in State
Grants authorized by House Bill 93 to divert offenders from confinement in the
State Prison System.
