seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED to close the
Kerr County Courthouse at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, December 24, 1991, and allow
all Kerr County F~loyees, Elected Officials and Department Heads to leave at
that time.

seconded by Contnissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF
4-0-U, to approve the resolution to apply for the minimum of $50,000.00 in State
Grants authorized by House Bill 93 to divert offenders fram confinement in the
State Prison System.
