On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon motion made by Commissioner Morgan,
seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF
4-0-0, to go with the recommendation of Mr. Speakmon and accept the proposal
from Tucker Pump Company if they will stand by the proposal dated October 10,
1991.

ON THE COURTHOUSE LAWN
On this the 9th day of December 1991, upon nation made by Commissioner Oehler,
seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANINY)USLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF
1-0-0, to have the Monwnent be placed on the Courthouse Lawn where the stakes
are laid out, not to exceed the original dimensions of 20x30 Base of the Nbrnmient
and work with Mr. Speakmon on the water and electrical lines (any changes required
to be at Desert Storms Expense) with the Montmtent to face Sidney Baker. Mr.
Krauss was in agreement with the Court.

seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVES BY A VOTP: OF
4-0-0, to give variance to combine two (2) Tats in the Benbrook Subdivision
for anon site treatment plan to install a septic tank.
