DECLARE AN AMF'R~CY FOR BIDS FOR A
COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR KERB COUNTY
On this the 10th day of December 1991, upon motion made by Caaaissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Cacmissioner Morgan, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0,
to declare an emergency for bids for a Computer System and have Tommy Tomlinson
draw up the specifications to be brought back to the Court as soon as possible.
The County Clerk's Office will receive bids until January 2, 1992, at 5:00 P.M.,
and will be opened at 10:00 A.M. on January 3, 1992.
JUDGE STACY CALLED FOR EXECUPIVE SESSION AT 11:30 A. M. with No Action.
