The lots are approximately 30' x 75' and it takes two or three lots to set a mobile bane on them. These lots are being sold but we need a variance of the Kerr County r-'nviranental Health Department Rules Idu3les and Regulations Dior the placement cf a septic tank. The decision is pending on David Litke's recommendation and whether or not the best thing to do with these small lots would be to replat. Consideration of Reclassification of the position of County Engineer to full-time status. Mr. Franklin Johnston addressed the Court with various reasons needing to have a full-time Engineer.
