RE Willow Bend Road
The paved portion of Willow Bend is a County maintained road. The
homeowners on a one mile unpaved, extension of Willow Bend, Precinct 2, have
asked that the County take their road for County Maintenance.
I told them if they collected $5000.0() to cover material cost and donate
the base material needed for reconstruction, I would ask the Court to accept
it for maintenance by the Road & Bridge Department. (This procedure was
used on Leaning Tree in Precinct 1, and the road is also an extension as was
Homer and Whitetail in Precinct 4.)
The homeowners adjacent to this section of road have collected the
funds and the base material, and the money has been deposited by the
Treasurer.
At this time I ask the Court to add the extension of this road to the list
of County maintained roads in the 1992-93 Budget year.
