The vacate/replat has been revised due to the sale of Lot 15. Therefore, Lot 13 and the east one-third of Lot 14 will be replatted as Lot 24 (same as previously submitted) and the west two-thirds of Lot 14 will now become Lot 25. The previously submitted copies of the vacate/replat should be discarded and replaced by these revised copies. Please review and advise of the need for tax certificates, letters of approval from utility companies, platting and filing fees, Commissioner's Court schedule, etc. Your early response will be appreciated as the buyers are anxious to conclude the replatting process in order to purchase these tracts.
