RE Removal of obstructions from Kerr County Right-of--Way
Dear Mr. Lackey,
In accordance with Commissioners' Court Order 21105, Kerr County
will accept Saw Mill Road as a county maintained road based on the
~^ now 30' right of way (plat attached).
This means a clear. right Qf waX, and any obstructions, such as cattle
guard, fences, etc. shall be removed by the landowner.
You must have all obstructions, that you installed in the county right
of way, removed by October 15, 1992. After that time, they are
subject to removal and disnosai by the Ken County Road & Bridge
Department.

COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD
bn this the 19th day of September 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 3-0-Z, WITH COMMISSIONER LACKEY AND COMMISSIONER MORGAN
ABSTAINING, to approve making Saw Mill Road a county maintained road
based on the new 30' right of way under existing metes and bounds.
The reversion of property does not apply to the easements of said property.
