APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH RAUSCHFR PIERCE
REFSNES, INC., AND THE HIRING OF 80ND ATTORNEY
On this the 13th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, sei.onded by Commi..ssioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
contract with Rauscher Pierce Refsnes,Inc. as the County
Financial Advisors, hiring of Bond Atturney Tom Spurgeon oŁ
the Law Firm of McCall, Parkhurst and Hoitun and authorize
the County Judge to sign said contract.
