Preliminary cost estimate to complete office space at Spur 100 for Kerr County
Enviromental Health Department.
David Litke addressed the Court stating, the cost for wall, floors, ceiling,
plumbing, electrical, Ht7AC, labor, utilities and built-in counters for consixuction
cost.
Functional Use: Storage Cabinets, telephones, photocopier, radios total for
these items being $ 3,650.00
Furnishings: Tables, chairs, chair mats, window blinds, and refrigator etc., total
cost being $1,650.00
These are just estimates which maybe a little higher or a little lower.
