Further discuss access and size of tract to be conveyed frcan Horace and Lavania
Lambert to Clay Lambert after input by City of Kerrville.
City of Kerrville has told us that if we give a 40' easement they are requesting
that this easement be paved. If they give a 20' easement it would not have to be
paved. Commissioners' Court is requesting to have the road be put on the plat and
indicate what will be done with road, whether it is a public road or private, how
wide it will be. This is only for future records in case if the property is ever
sold there will be scone record of what took place between everyone concerned. This
is to be brought back to the Court at a later date.
