Clarification of platting and permitting requirements for a particular piece of
property under subdivision regulations and Sec. 5.02K of the Rules of Kerr County
for Private Sewage Facilities.
This property has no access roads or easements, it abutts an unrecorded subdivision
and it is 8.97 acres of the William Haglund Land in Kerr County. This is another
item we need to discuss whether is will need a variance.

Subject: Request for clarification of section 5.02(k) of the Rules of Kerr
County and the Subdivision Regulations pertaining to an 8.97 acre tract
located on Hwy. 16 South. Lambs Creek area.
An application for a permit to construct has been received for the subject
property. Attached is a surveyors field note descripti.,n of the property. Also
attached is survey plat of the property.
The subject property is not part of the Robert Wilke Subdivision but is adjacent
to it. It was first divided in 1979. It has no access roads or easements and
fronts Hwy. i6.
I feel this particular property does not apply or is subject to platting
requirements, subdivision regulations or section 5.02(k) of the Rules.
Please inform me if I am correct so I can proceed with the permit application.

Being ell of a certain tract or parcel of land out of George W. Lamb Survey No. 644,
Abstract No. 599, in Karr County, Texas; the same land conveyed to William H. Haglund, et
ux, from Robert W. Wilke by a Warranty Dsed with Vendor's Llen executed the 31st day of
1uly, 1979 and.racordsd In Volwne 224 at Pags 399 of the Daed Records of Kecr County,
Texas; and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a fence cornerpost for the north corner of the herein described tract in the
southeast rlght-of-way line pf State Highway No. 16. the west corner of 7.01 acres owned
by Robert Wilke; which point bears, approximately, 1085 ft. N.62'26'W., 844 ft. N.45'02'W.
and 390 ft. 5.28'32'W. from the southerly east corner of Bald Survey No. 644;
?HENCE, along the southwest line of said 7.01 acres: 5.45'22'33"E., with or near a fence,
