THRILL HILL - LEE DIVISION
On this the 27th day of July 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat and variance of Thrill Hill - Lee Division
from Subdivision Rules of Kerr County For Private Sewerage
Facility. If on-site sewerage facility fails it must be
replaced.

Dear Sir:
On behalf of Mr. Lee we are requesting your consideration of the
Prelimi.aary Plat of Thrill Hill -Lee Division as per the enclosed plat.
Mr. Lee and his son-in-law own this property together. There interest is
the property is in such a manner that the split of the property figures that Mr.
Lee should get 3.01 acres of it and his son-in-law 2.27 acres. This tract of 2.27
acres is less than the minimum of 2 1 /2 acres for tract with individual water well,
as outlined in Chapter 8, Subdivisions. We therefor are requesting a variance
from this regulation.
