Subject: Establishment of fees for the Rules and Regulaitons of Kerr County,
Texas for On-Site Sewage Facilities (Rules)
Section 3.04 of the Rules allows for fees to be established by Commissioners
Court "to defray the reasonable cost of administering these Rules."
Attached is a list of possible activities that a fee could be charged. Also
attached is a copy of the current fee schedule for your reference.
Action requested from Commissioners Court is to review what activities the Court
wants to charge a fee for, decide what the amount is to be, and establish the fee
schedule.
When the fee schedule is approved the fees will be attached as Appendix VI.
