concerning his septic system
On March 23, 1992, Commissioner's Court heard an appeal from Jerry Jackson
concerning the repairs he made to his septic system and this department's
response.
The Commissioner's Court tabled a decision until the Court had more time to
review and evaluate the situation.
PLEASE RENDER A DECISION TO EITHER AGREE WITH THIS DEPARTMENT'S DECISION, REVERSE
THE DECISION, OR MODIFY THE DECISION.
