Preliminary Plat Conference on a division of Thrill Hill.
Mr. Lee is wanting to sell a protion of his property and divide the
property. The property at the present time is owned by Mr. Lee and
his son-in-law. Mr. Lee owns 3.01 acres of land, and his son-in-law
owns 2. 27 acres of land. Mr. Lee is asking for a variance and
possibility of division of property.
There are many question that were asked of Mr. Domingues, such as
the locations fo the water wells and the amount of acreage. The
property is not up to standards according to our subdivision rules
and regulations. It would probably cost more to bring this property
up to standards that what it is worth.

Dear Sir:
On behalf of Mr. Lee we are requesting your consideration of the
tract division as per the enclosed plat.
Mr. Lee and his son-in-law own this property together. There
interest in the property is in such a manner that the split of the property
figures that Mr. Lee should get 3.01 acres of it and his son-in-law 2.27
acres. This tract of 2.2? acres is less than the minimum of 2 1C2 acres for
tract with individual water well, as outlined in Chapter 8, Subdivisions.
We therefor need to request a variance from this regulation.
