ACCEPTANCE OF KULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR ON-SITE SEWERAGE FACILITIES
On this the 13th day of April 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
Rules and Regulations of On-Site Sewerage Facilities as
posted for public viewing and submit to the Texas Water
Commission for final approval.
