On this the 24th day of February 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court VOTED 3-0-1 WITH
COMMISSIONER HOLEKAMP ABSTAINING, to withdraw the documents posted
on February 18, 1992. The deadline for input being March 6, at Noon
and meet March 9, 1992 to adopt a document for the public to view
and have a public hearing on March 30 for the final review.
