Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to a variance from platting regarding S:O~K'of
Kerr County Subdivision Regulations and Kerr County,to be submitted
by metes and bounds for W. J. Loring with the location of property
being Lot 306B of Dingley View Rd, of Turtle Creek Ranches. Turtle
Creek Ranches is an unofficial subdivision.
