COMMISSTONERS' COURT ISSUED A SUPPLEMENT AGENDA ON Fr^iday, November- 13, 1992 with all Officer^s present, and the following proceedings were had: Disc+_ission regarding R+_~les and Reg+_~lations of I'.er^r^ County, Texas for Un-Site Sewage Facilities asking the question - Can an operating facility be r^eq~_~ir^ed to be upgraded without being tested. There was no solution to the question asked but the Co+_ir^t wo~_~ld like same input from the var^io+_~s Realtors or s+_iggestions on how we can cor^r^ect the problem if there is a problem. The Coi_+rt felt that it had been disc+_issed pr^evio+_~sly and the Committees that did the .job in collecting the var^lo+_l5 information had done a good .job b~_it felt that then'e co+_~ld be some amendments to the r^~_iles.
