The undersigned Butler Builder ("Builder'") agrees. and Butler Manufacturing Company ("Butler') guarantees Builder's performance that
the Builder will repair or stop any leaks in the roof panels and the metal curb portion of the Roof Components of the building described
below (the "Building") arising out of or caused by ordinary wear and tear under normal weather and atmospheric conditions if reported
in the manner set forth below within twenty (20) years from the shipment date; provided that the total liability of Builder and or Butler
under this endorsement shall, in no event. exceed $ 1 , 9 6 8 for the aggregate of all claims made

BUTLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY ("Butler") further warrants for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of shipment that the
roof panels, and the metal curb portion of the Roof Component, but excluding liner panels. furnished by Butler for the building described
below (the "Bui~ding") will remain free from perforation due to corrosion under normal weather and atmospheric conditions. The
conditions described in paragraph 1.a. of the Buildings Division Warranty ("Butler Warranty") attached hereto and made a part hereof
are not 'normal weather and atmospheric conditions' for the purpose of the Extended Life Endorsement.
Material Warranty. Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel.
It such failure is reported during the period specified in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Butler Warranty, Butlers obligation under
this Endorsement to the Butler Warranty will be to assume the cost of material and labor to repair. repaint or replace materials as it
deems reasonably necessary to correct such failure, provided that the total liability of Butler under this endorsement shall, in no event,
exceed $ 4 , 0 0 0 for the aggregate of all claims hereunder.

and practices), repairing or replacing, at Butler's discretion, the portion of any building panel showing such failure.
