RE Completion of Road & Bridge Office Space
The Maintenance Building for Road & Bridge has been completed, and we are
now ready to complete the Office Building.
Attached are several items we ask the Court to consider:
1. City of Kerrville plumbing codes show 1 restroom is needed for every
15 employees or 1,500 sq. ft. of office space.
2. Drawing of the proposed split of the Road & Bridge office space.
a. 1,900 sq. ft. with 2 rest rooms
to be used by the Road & Bridge Department.
b. 1,100 sq. ft. with 1 rest room
-- not being used by Road & Bridge at this time.
3. Drawing of the proposed floor plan for the Road & Bridge Department.
i ask the Court to allow me to complete the side to be used by Road & Bridge
as shown in the drawing by transferring funds within the Road & Bridge budget
where I deem workable.
