WITNESSETH
ARTICLE 1 Statement of Work
Contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, labor, service and equipment
required to instal! a complete 4-Ton High-Efficiency Heat Pump system for Air
Conditioning and Heating for the Road and Bridge Office. (S.E.E.R. = 11.0)
System Qualifies for a K.P.U.B. Rebate of $300.00.
Such work is described more in particular in the other Contract Documents in
corporated in this Contract.
Contractor shall provide Insurance Certificate for Workmen's Compensation
and General Liability. State Air Conditioning Company will take as trade-in the
Existing SEER10 Janitrol Fan-Coil Unit, and credit Kerr County $500.00 off
contract price shown.
Such work is described more in particular in the other Contract Documents
incorporated in this Contract.
ARTICLE 2 Time for completion
The work will be completed within 30 days following execution of this
Agreement by Kerr County, such time for completion being subject fo
adjustment as needed by other contractors and Community Service workers.
This will not deduct from contractors time, but time is of the essence on the
performance of this Contract.

ARTICLE 1 Statement of Work
Contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, labor, service and equipment
required to complete electrical work as shown on electrical plan by Franklin
Johnston, P.E. Electrical work to be completed in the Kerr County Road and
Bridge Office Building (approximately 2,000 sq. ft.j. All work will be under the
direct supervision of a Master Electrician.
Contractor shall provide Insurance Certificate of Workmen's Compensation and
Genera! Liability Insurance. Disconnect shall be mounted on a pole installed
by electrician, adjacent to K.P.U.B. pale, then underground to building.
ARTICLE 2 Time for completion
The work will be completed in 30 calendar days following execution of this
Agreement by Kerr County, such time for completion being subject to
adjustment as provided in the Contract Documents. Time is of the essence on
the performance of this Contract.
ARTICLE 3 Contract Documents
This contract includes the following Contract Documents, all of which are

and 336 ft. COVE Base in the Road and Bridge Office.

incorporated in this Contract. Color selected by Construction Manager.
Contractor shall provide Insurance Certificate of Workmens Compensation and
General Liability Insurance.
ARTICLE 2 Time for completion
The floor is to be installed within 14 calendar days of notification by the Road
and Bridge Department. This will depend upon completion of other contracts.
