RE Fast Tuesday of Each Month as Road & Bridge Day
Attached is a 1987, Court Order #17572 designating the first Tuesday of each
month for Road & Bridge Day and Plat approval.
To better serve Kerr County, the Court, and Road & Bridge we ask
Commissioners' Court to resume this schedule beginning November 3, 1992.
If you approve, we will place a notice in the paper as well as notify surveyors
and other interested parties.

FIRST TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH DESIGNATED AS ROAD AND BRIDGE
DAY AND PLAT APPROVAL
On this the 10th day of November 1987, upon motion made
by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Ray, it
was unanimously approved by the Court that the first Tuesday
of each month, beginning January 5th, 1988, be designated
as ROAD AND BRIDGE DAY and PLAT APPROVAL, and that plats
be submitted to the Kerr County Road Engineer, Gerald W.
Menefee, at least twenty one days prior to the hearing date,
as recommended by Mr. Menefee.
