Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to advertise
for bids on the Kerr County 1992 Seal Coat Project to be
received by the County Clerk's Office until March 6, 1992 at
5:00 P.M. and opened and read aloud in Commissioner's Court
at 10:00 A.M. March 9, 1992.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
on
Kerr County Seal Coat Project
Sealed bids will be received at the Kerr County Clerk's Office, at 700
Main Street, Kerrville, Texas 78028 until 5:00 p.m. March 6, 1992.
Bids will be opened and read aloud at Commissioner's Court at
10:00 a.m., March 9, 1992.
Contract documents are available for public inspection and may be
obtained at Kerr County Road & Bridge, 101 Spur 100, Kerrville, Texas
78028. The pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, February 27, 1992.
"Sealed Bid" must be noted on the envelope along with the date, and
contractor's name. The bid should include Unit Pricing, Bid Bond,
Performance & Payment Bond. The County shall retain 10°rb of payment
until all work is completed and approved.
The Bid will be awarded by Commissioner's Court, March 23, 1992.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
