RE Public Hearing Date for Regulatory Signs
I ask the Court to consider March 9, 1992, 1:00 a.m., for a
public hearing for adoption of regulatory signs in various locations
throughout Kerr County as provided by Article 6701 g, of Vernon's
Texas Civil Status.
Attached is the proposed notice with a list of signs and
locations.
This notice will need to be published 3 times (at least 7
days, and not more than 30 days) prior to the Public Hearing.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING REGULATORY SIGNS IN
VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KERR COUNTY
It is the intention of the Commisioners' Court to consider adoption of
proposed Speed Limits, Stop Signs, Yield Signs, & No Dumping Signs in
various locations in Kerr County, as provided by Article 6701g, Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes.
A public hearing will be held March 9, 1992, at 1:00 p.m., in the County
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, concerning
