On this the 9th day of March 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court UNANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to purchase a Transmission Jack for
$1,311.75, and four jack stands for a total cost of $360.00, this
equipment is OSHA approved safety equipment, for the Road and Bridge
Department.

In October 1991 the Court approved contingency purchases for
equipment that included ~ Transmission Jack and .1a.ck Stands.
This equipment was purchased from a Court. recommended
. catalog, but after delivery the, Transmission .lack vas deemed unsafe and
has been returned.
