RE. Acceptance of road fir. Bridge Ruildings
The Maintenance and 4fficc Building Projects under contract have been
completed. Items presently under contract are erectinr- of building shells,
overhead doors, glass doors and. widows, and labor ~~~ i-t.st:tll masonry ~va11~ ir,
Maintenance Shop.
These items are complete, and 1 now ask the Court t<> inspect the buildings for
acceptance, and pay the retainage. All contracts with he completed as soon as
a!1 warranties and lien releases arc received.
