RE Completion of Road & Bridge Maintenance Building
The Road and Bridge crew has laid water lines, installed the holding tanks for
septic and floor drains, and purchased plumbing fixtures. This depletes the
funds available in the building fund (Budget Line 15-611-575).
The mechanics began moving into the structure last week, but to complete the
structure we still need telephone service, radio hook-up, air Lines, and
miscellaneous items.
I ask the Court to allow me to take over at this time; to complete the
maintenance building, to transfer funds within the annual Road & Bridge
Budget where I deem workable, to do what is necessary to finish the job, to
facilitate the availability of the Hays Street Yard for whatever use the Court
warrants, and to give Road & Bridge a functional facility.

Consider allowing Road and Bridge Administrator to complete
Road and Bridge Facility.
Leonard Odem discussed with the Court the things needing to be
finished are telephone service, radio hook-up, air lines, etc.
His estimation to complete the job would be about $3,000.00 to
finish the building. The Court agreed with P~Ir. Odom to go
ahead and finish the building to get operational and empty out
the Schreiner building by June 1, 1992.
