MEMORANDUM TO: Commissioners' Court FROM: Glenn Holekamp, Commissioner Precinct 3 DATE: December 1, 1992 RE Keeter Road Most of the subdivision Hill Country Ranch Estates has County maintained roads. However, Keeter Road was not added to the list of roads maintained by the County. The homeowners have asked that the County take their road for County Maintenance. Leonard Odom and I told them if they collected $2,000.40 to cower material cost for reconstruction, I would ask the Court to accept it for maintenance by the Road & Bridge Department. (This procedure was used on Leaning Tree in Precinct 1, and the road is also an extension as was Homer and Whitetail in Precinct 4, and Willow Bend in Precinct 2) The homeowners adjacent to this section of road have collected the funds, and the money has been deposited by the Treasurer. At this time I ask the Court to add Keefer Road to the list of County maintained roads in the 1992-93 Budget year.
