The bids for base material far Stoneleigh and Elm Pass Roads were as follows:
Redland Stone Products Co., San Antonio $7.43 per ton
Q &, K Construction Co., Inc., Fredericksburg $6.94 per ton
We recommend the Commissioners' Court accept the low bid of $6.94 per ton
