THEIR APPLICATION FOR A CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION GRANT THROUGH

On this 27th day of April, 1992, upon motion made by Commissioner
Holkamp seconaea by commissioner Oehler , the
Court approved by a vote of 4-p-p a resolution to endorse the
Hill Country CASA, Inc. program and to support their application
for a Criminal Justice Division grant through the Office of the
Governor.

COOPERATIVE WORKING AGREEMENT
This is to certify that the objectives of the Hill Country CASA grant
application for the fiscal year 1993 funding from the Criminal Justice
Division have been reviewed and that it is mutually agreed to coperate
to whatever extent is necessary in carrying out the work plan described
in that application.

ADVOCATES FOR ABUSED & NEGLECTED CHILDREN
Hill Country C.A.S.A. is the only non-profit organization in Kerr, Kendall, Gillespie,
and Bandera counties that provides trained, court-appointed volunteers to investigate
monitor, and serve as an advocate during complex legal proceedings for abused and
neglected children and to assist them through the court system as expediently as
possible.
By thoroughly considering all options and environmental influences on a child's life,
these trained volunteers can make the appropriate recommendations that are in the
best interests of the child.
