Stacy, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED
BY A VOTE OF 5-0-0, to propose the new tax rate of .32222 for 1992-
1993 budget and set a public hearing for September 16, 1992, at
10:00 A.M.
