Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIiKOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to accept the annual audit done by Grant
Thornton with the exception of the clarification on the two line items
of the Ag Barn and the Hill Country ,xhibition Center, and to furnish
a sample of conflict of interest statement from elected Officials.
