SYSTEM.
This document supplements the Lease aggreement dated
April 30, 1992 Between Advanced Tel-Com Systems and
Kerr County Attorney's office to extend the term of the
agreement for twevle months commencing October ]., 1992
to October 1, 1993 and includes the equipment in
the eyuipment summary as shown below.
1. Continue lease on a month-to-month basis at the
prevailiny rate.
2. Purchase the equipment at a fair market value.
