Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UNANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-0-0, to accept all of Homer, [tiYiitetail and
Harold Road as County Roads and will henceforth be maintained by the
County as County Roads as per specifications of attached "Exhibit A"

RE Clarification of Roads in Precinct 4
Homer, Whitetail, and Harold Roads off of Goat Creek Road in
Precinct 4 are questionable as to whether or not they are County
mafntained roads.
1. Homer is listed as (No) on the Maintenance List, but in the
past the County not only maintained it, but paved the
portion shown on the as 1680 ft. {See Attached Plat)
2. Whitetail has an (*) on the Maintenance List and the County
paved the portion shown as S90 ft.
- 3. Harold has an (*) on the Maintenance List and the entire 430
ft is paved.
