^n this the 26th day of June 1992, came on to be consider-ed
the Contracts of So~.tthwest Securities Inc. and Rauscher
Pierce Refsnes, Inc. a motion was made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint Rauscher
Pierce Refsnes, Inc. as financial advisor far the proposed
Rood Election. Commissioner Holekamp stated they would not
get paid any monies unless a bond is passed.

On this the 26th day of June 1992, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adjourn.
