Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court UtvANIMOUSLY
APPROVED BY A VOTE OF 4-1-0 WITH JUDGE STACY VUTING "NAY", to have
a study done and to go out for a request for proposal to review
personnel related; job classifications; salaries; personnel policy
manual etc., and to look at the cost involved to do such a study.
